Nathalia Manso
Nathalia Manso (she/her) is a Brazilian regenerative practitioner, learning and inner development facilitator, consultant, and Ecotuner (Nature Connection Facilitator). She seeks to weave connections and create bridges between inner transformation and systemic change through her research and practice in the areas of Inner Development, Regeneration, and Ecopsychology.
She holds an International certification in Applied Ecopsychology, international certification in Design for Regeneration, Post-Graduate degree in Pedagogy of Cooperation, and training in The Work that Reconnects, as well as various dialogue and collaboration methodologies. Through trainings, immersive journeys, and learning experiences, she supports change agents, leaders, and teams in incorporating a regenerative worldview, developing internal and relational capacities and skills for transformative impact.
She also hosts Deep Ecology workshops, guides Forest Bathing and sensitive experiences that awaken connection and intimacy with inner and outer nature, fostering self-awareness and systemic consciousness. She is a fellow of the Regenerative Leadership Journey (Regenerators), coordinator of the Inner Development Goals Rio Community Hub, and is a member of the Climate Reality Leadership community in Brazil.
Nathalia has been researching the inner dimension of the climate crisis and offering workshops based on The Work That Reconnects to support sustainability professionals and change agents in strengthening their inner resources and expressing their feelings about the state of our world, creating a bridge between Inner Resilience and Regeneration with outer action and change.
