The World And Our Planet Are
Changing — and So Should We
Tending to the Roots of Change,
Where World Care Meets Inner Care
We’re living in a time of polycrisis: multiple, compounding global challenges that make it hard to stay grounded and keep going. Our nervous systems aren’t built to carry this all alone. And we shouldn’t have to. That’s where the Climate Emotional Resilience Institute (CERI) comes in. We help people working towards a better world to care for their inner world, too.
CERI exists to support people, communities and organizations emotionally and mentally as they navigate the realities of this unfolding polycrisis. Whether you’re an activist, nonprofit leader, scientist, artist, or simply someone who cares deeply about the planet, you’ve probably felt overwhelmed, anxious, burned out—or even numb.
We offer tools, community spaces, and practices that build emotional resilience, reduce burnout, and help you reconnect with purpose and hope. Our approach teaches what we call internal activism—the idea that tending to our inner lives is part of building a more just, resilient world.
CERI creates spaces, tools, and trainings that help people feel more grounded, connected, and capable in the face of the climate crisis and overlapping global challenges. We bridge climate psychology, nervous system regulation, creative practice, nature-based practices and community care.
