Wise Parenting in Uncertain Times

Wise Parenting in Uncertain Times

How to talk with kids about the climate crisis, build your family's emotional resilience & take age-appropriate action

Date: March 6, 6:00 - 8:00 pm PT (GMT-8)
Cost: Free with $20 suggested donation

As trusted adults, it is our job to help our children feel safe in the world, yet how do we offer security when the future is so uncertain? Do you need support finding a developmentally appropriate approach to speak with your child about the climate crisis? How can you build emotional resilience in your family for an uncertain future?

This workshop will provide neuroscience-backed parenting wisdom, practical tools, and a greater sense of confidence in navigating these difficult times.

Join CERI Faculty Kristan Childs and Teddy Kellam for answers to these difficult questions. Kristan is a decade-long parenting instructor, and Teddy is a transpersonal therapist. Both facilitate eco-distress groups through Good Grief Network, and they are each mothers of 3 young adults.
