University Presentation

This 1-hour in-person University Class Presentation. It is tailored to college students to provide tangible mental health skills to integrate into their coursework and future careers. We review trauma-informed practices to build resilient behaviors for those addressing climate challenges and emphasize contemplative-based nervous system regulation techniques that individuals could use at home or in daily interactions in the field for improved mental health and inter- and intrapersonal effectiveness.
