THICKET Training

New Thicket Cohort Begins January 29th, Mondays 12-1:30pm MT (GMT-7).

This 8-week asynchronous online training weaves interconnecting offerings from climate psychology, neuroscience, contemplative wisdom, and group therapy. We use specific evidence-based practices in a community context to strengthen self-regulation, emotional intelligence, and strategies to maintain our engagement with the more-than-human world. Every module will provide you with contemplative practices, nature journeys, and resources to read, watch, and engage within during our circles. Our next cohort starts January 29th 202
